Execution of the preliminary characterization and preliminary design and execution planning of the restoration of the safety conditions of the landfill Stoppani of Cogoleto, site of national interest (SIN). Support to the Government Commissioner included the technical examination of each integration received by the relevant bodies participating in the Services Conference until final approval. The positive conclusion of the project allowed the Cogoleto Landfill to be excluded from the list of landfills that generated the sanctions imposed on Italy by the European Community in breach of EU waste management treaties.
